Budget and Planning checklist: we will discuss the budget and review a detailed personalized planning checklist.

Inspiration collaboration: we will have a shareable Pinterest board where you can freely pin all of you Pinterest wedding desires for me to review and discuss in our meetings.

Website: building a wedding website for your guests to find information.

Accommodations: finding hotels at multiple price points within a reasonable distance from your event and room block arrangements.

Transportation: booking and managing transportation services for guests and yourself to and from the venue(s).

Stationary: assistance with creating custom printed invitations, save the dates, thank you’s, programs, menus etc. that fit your style and budget.

Timeline: we will create a day of timeline including vendors arrivals, departures, bridal party and couple logistics, rental and decor timeline for set up.

Final meeting: we will have one final meeting to make any revisions to the timeline to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Venue(s) walk through: we’ll get together one final time to walk through the venue again and discuss the floor plan and designs planned.

Ceremony rehearsal: coordination of the ceremony with immediate family, bridal party and officiant.

Set up: setup of personal decor.

Vendor payment: we will manage vendor contracts and payments on your behalf.

Wedding day management: the day of, we will take care of all of the behind the scenes logistics and assist you and the bridal party as needed.

Emergency kit: from needle and thread to a shot of tequila we will plan ahead extra everything for you to use as needed.
