Shipping + Return Policy

SHIPPING
Once orders are complete, they are typically processed within 3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays. All orders are shipped from Addison NY and your delivery date is dependent on your address and the USPS. Shipping times are not guaranteed and can vary based on the time of year, location, and weather. Three Fourteen Event Planning is not responsible for any delays due to the postal carrier.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Once your parcel has been labeled delivered by the postal carrier you have 7 days to issue a request for a return or exchange. In order to be eligible for a full refund the item must be in unused condition. If the return or exchange is being requested due to damage please submit photos with your return request, emailed to threefourteenplanning@gmail.com. Should we be unable to source the materials agreed upon to complete your order you will be issued a full refund in the form of payment given at the time of your order.

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP

For products arranged for local pick up or delivery, this will either be in Addison NY or Corning NY, these products are thoroughly looked over by Three Fourteen Event Planning at the time of pickup or delivery and it is understood by the customer these are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to review your package at time of pickup or delivery.
